Does delivery have a minimum spend?

No minimum is needed for free Standard Shipping. All orders delivered by this store go to United States addresses only.

How is the shipping estimate calculated?

Allow 1–2 business days to prepare an order and an estimated 4–6 business days after dispatch for transit. Weekends and US federal holidays are not counted, and carrier disruptions can extend the estimate.

Where should I look for tracking?

The shipment notification and tracking details go to the order email. If a package appears delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered, provide those details and the order number to our team.

Can I correct an order before it leaves?

Contact us immediately with a cancellation or amendment request before dispatch. We check fulfillment progress but cannot guarantee that an order can still be intercepted. Once shipped, return procedures apply.

What conditions apply to returns or exchanges?

Request help within 30 days of receiving the goods and include proof of purchase. Change-of-mind merchandise must be unused, in original condition and in its original packaging. Exchanges depend on stock, and we fund eligible return shipping with a label or another approved arrangement.

What if an item is broken, wrong or missing?

Share order details, a description and relevant photos of the damage, defect, wrong item or missing contents. We assess the appropriate remedy and cover eligible return transportation for these problems.

When is the refund issued?

After the return arrives, is inspected and is approved, we send the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment company may need further time to post the credit.
