What information accompanies a visit or order

Information associated with shopping can include contact details, delivery addresses, order records, support messages and account details you provide. Devices also generate identifiers, IP addresses, browsing events and Cookie records. Payment providers process the information required to authorize and settle a purchase.

The reasons information is used

Relevant records allow us to fulfill purchases, arrange shipping and refunds, answer questions, communicate order updates and prevent misuse. They also support analytics, lawful marketing and obligations such as recordkeeping. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose and relevant legal, dispute and security needs, rather than promise one retention period for every record.

Commerce services and disclosures

Shopify supplies the commerce infrastructure. Payment, delivery, customer-support and other necessary service providers receive information relevant to their work. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet a legal requirement or handle a lawful business transaction. Advertising, Cookie and browsing choices

Cookie technologies and similar tools may support store functions, audience measurement and advertising. Google Ads, including Remarketing and Conversion Tracking where configured, can use browsing or purchase signals for ad measurement and audience delivery. Such advertising disclosures can fall within sale or sharing under US law. Use available site privacy controls and browser settings to express preferences; blocking necessary storage may impair shopping functions.

Rights available to US consumers

Subject to the law that applies and its exceptions, you may request access to personal information, a copy, correction or deletion. California CCPA/CPRA rights also cover information about collection and disclosure, limits on certain uses of sensitive information, and Do Not Sell or Share choices. Exercising a protected right must not result in unlawful discrimination.

Requests, verification and Global Privacy Control

Send a privacy request through the merchant email or address below, explaining the action requested. We may seek proportionate identity verification where required; an authorized representative may need to establish authority. Applicable Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are treated as opt-out requests for sale or sharing as required by law. You may also send a Do Not Sell or Share request directly. Never include a password or complete payment credentials in a request.

Security, young users and future changes

We use reasonable safeguards without guaranteeing that every electronic transmission or storage system is risk-free. The purchasing service is directed to adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Notify us of suspected child-data collection so it can be addressed.
