Using the shop and providing information

The merchant identified below operates this storefront. Use it only when you can lawfully enter the relevant transaction, or with appropriate adult supervision. Order, address and account information must be accurate. Keep any account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect misuse.

Products, prices and order decisions

Simple Modern product pages contain the information specific to each model. Consult the stated capacity, materials, included items, compatibility, care and warnings before ordering. Screen appearance may differ from physical goods. Prices and availability can change, and errors may require correction. If an error affects an order materially, we will communicate with you and provide any cancellation or refund required by law.

Payment and acceptance

Orders are subject to payment checks, availability and fulfillment review. A submission or automated receipt is not a guarantee that goods can be supplied. Checkout uses USD and shows the amount due, including applicable taxes. Review the Payment Policy for payment handling and report an unwanted order change or cancellation promptly before dispatch.

Delivery and return terms

The Shipping Policy governs US-only delivery with free Standard Shipping and estimated processing and transit periods. The Refund Policy governs 30-day return requests, eligible exchanges, merchant-paid return transport and refund timing. These policies should be read with the order details and do not remove any mandatory consumer remedy.

Responsible use and protected content

Fraud, unlawful transactions, malicious code, unauthorized access and interference with the service are prohibited. Respect others’ intellectual property and personal information. Product trademarks, photographs and protected content remain subject to the rights of their owners; viewing the catalog grants no independent right to reproduce them and does not establish an affiliation.

Service providers and legal limits

Third-party platforms and services, including Shopify, support shopping and may apply their own terms. We cannot promise continuous availability of every external service. Any limitation or disclaimer is restricted to what applicable law permits and does not exclude non-waivable rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Updates and questions
